For more than twenty years, the firm has represented clients in disputes involving breach of contract, franchise agreements, landlord/tenant issues, real estate matters, product liability actions, construction litigation, probate actions and labor and employment matters, including non-competition agreements and non-solicitation agreements. The firm represents self-insured companies and insurance carriers in personal injury litigation.  The attorneys in The Oldenburg Law Firm have been involved in trials and appeals in federal and state courts, including superior, state, probate and municipal courts in numerous counties in Georgia.  Attorneys in the firm are admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, and all state courts in Georgia. 


The firm has also aggressively pursued resolution of disputes for clients through arbitration, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution procedures.  One of the firm’s attorneys has completed the significant training required to be a registered mediator with the Supreme Court of Georgia.  Another of the firm’s attorneys is registered as an arbitrator with the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Breadth of Experience

 In addition to representing individuals and companies in business and dispute resolution matters, the firm has represented governmental agencies, such as the State of Georgia Department of Administrative Services, the Georgia Department of Community Health, Division of Medical Assistance, and the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division.  The firm represented the Peachtree City Development Authority from 1998 through 2004 and has provided legal services for the Peachtree City Water and Sewerage Authority from 2000 to the present.

Flexibility
